4.2 One Account Policy. Each Player may maintain only one aroonplay Account. 4.5 Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your aroonplay Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number.
5.2 aroonplay will never request your full password via live chat, email, or telephone. Any communication claiming to be from aroonplay that requests your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to [email protected] immediately.
5.3 You must notify aroonplay immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. aroonplay will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access caused by your failure to maintain password security or your failure to promptly report a security breach.
5.4 aroonplay strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. 2FA requires OTP confirmation from your registered Philippine mobile number upon login from any unrecognised device, providing an additional security layer against unauthorised access.
6.1 All deposits at aroonplay are denominated and processed in Philippine Peso (₱). aroonplay accepts deposits via the following approved channels: GCash, Maya / PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. aroonplay reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment channels at any time.
6.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, although PAGCOR and anti-money laundering regulations may require enhanced due diligence for large deposits.
6.3 aroonplay does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits must originate from a payment account or method registered in the same name as the aroonplay Account. Deposits from unidentified or mismatched sources may be returned and the Account suspended pending investigation.
6.4 aroonplay does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply transaction fees, and aroonplay accepts no liability for such charges.
6.5 aroonplay reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any breach of these Terms.
7.1 Withdrawals are available to Players who have successfully completed KYC verification and whose Account is in good standing. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Processing times are as follows: GCash and Maya withdrawals typically complete within 5–30 minutes for verified accounts; bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet) within 1–24 hours; cryptocurrency withdrawals within 1–4 hours.
7.2 Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the Player's aroonplay Account and, where applicable, the same account or wallet from which a deposit was made. aroonplay will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
7.3 aroonplay reserves the right to apply enhanced verification procedures to withdrawal requests that exceed specified thresholds or that aroonplay determines to warrant additional review in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements.
7.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is subject to the completion of applicable wagering requirements as detailed in the individual promotion terms and Section 8 of these Terms.

8.4 Unless expressly stated, bonuses at aroonplay are available to players who have completed KYC verification and who have made a qualifying real-money deposit within the applicable promotion period.
9.1 All games offered on the aroonplay Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the individual game rules expressly address a specific circumstance.
9.2 RNG Certification. 12.2 In the event of closure for cause, aroonplay may forfeit any Bonus Funds in the Account. Real-money funds will be returned to the source deposit method after the completion of any applicable investigation, subject to applicable regulatory holds.
12.3 Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting aroonplay support. Any real-money balance remaining in the Account at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method after completion of pending wagering obligations.

13.3 aroonplay does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. aroonplay will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit aroonplay's liability for death or personal injury caused by aroonplay's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
14.1 All content on the aroonplay Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, and multimedia content, is owned by or licensed to aroonplay and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international treaties.
14.2 You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, resell, or distribute any content from the aroonplay Platform without aroonplay's express prior written consent. Unauthorised use of aroonplay's intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.
15.1 aroonplay collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and the implementing regulations of the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in aroonplay's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
15.2 aroonplay's full Privacy Policy, including details of what data is collected, how it is used, how long it is retained, and how you may exercise your rights as a data subject, is available at aroonplay.org/privacy-policy.
16.1 aroonplay reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on the aroonplay website and, where material, notified to Players via the contact details held on their Account.
16.2 If a Player does not accept the amended Terms, the Player must cease using the Platform and may close their Account in accordance with Section 12.3. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the amended Terms.
17.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
17.2 Before commencing legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact aroonplay's customer support to seek an informal resolution. aroonplay will endeavour to resolve Player complaints promptly and in good faith.
17.3 Players may also refer unresolved complaints to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process in accordance with PAGCOR's published procedures.
